As of 5/1/2024, our office has closed both the Friendswood and League City locations. Please, see the below instructions on how to obtain your medical records.

For patients who were seen prior to 6/26/23, your records were in our old “legacy” system. These records have been transferred to Clary Document Management. You may request copies of your records by filling out the form at: https://medicalrecordcustodian.com/friendswood-gynecology/

For patients who were seen after 6/26/23, your records were in the new Privia system. These records can be requested by emailing: medicalrecords@priviahealth.com. The Privia system should have both the old records from prior to the 6/26/23 migration and after.

The records that are with Clary will only be those prior to 6/26/23. There were a few random charts that did not completely migrate from the legacy system to Privia. If you feel that your chart is incomplete with Privia and you were seen in both systems, feel free to reach out to Clary using the link above to retrieve your records from the legacy system.

As for updates on the providers:

• Dr. Shamburger has accepted a position that does not offer patient care.
• Dr. Roberts has accepted a position with UT Physicians.
• Erica Mitchell is seeing patients at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Ob/Gyn.
